• Karen Pickering SWIM will follow the ASA child protection and anti bullying guidelines and ensure each teacher has the relevant  teaching and CRB certificate. • Each KP SWIM School will have a Head Teacher. Any concerns should be raised to the Head teacher who will report it to the Managing Director. The Managing Director will then investigate and forward the information onto the relevant welfare office. • All teachers will be trained in all areas of child protection. • The head teacher will require consent from all parents for any videoing or photography during lessons. • If a child requires physical handling the teacher must gain consent and agreement of both the child and parent/carer. • All records will be kept of any concerns raised and evaluated. • Confidentiality will be maintained at all times. • Karen Pickering SWIM will ensure best practise at all times • Karen Pickering SWIM will raise the awareness of equity and ensure a code of conduct is clear. • Karen Pickering SWIM will not tolerate Bullying.
